These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the pktk2 platform and all services included within it. By opening an account, logging in, or using any service on pktk2, you are fully accepting these Terms.

In these Terms, "user", "you", or "member" refers to the person using any service on pktk2. "pktk2", "we", or "platform" refers to this website and its operators.

3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

pktk2 currently accepts deposits via the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method). There is no maximum deposit limit, though identity verification may be required for large amounts.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods & Limits

Withdrawals are processed through the same mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours, though verification may take longer in some cases.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Account identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Wagering requirements must be met for withdrawals related to bonuses.
• You are requested to withdraw using the same method used for your deposit.
• Additional verification may be required for unusual or suspicious transactions.
• pktk2 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals if any evidence of fraud is found on an account.

3.4 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on pktk2 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Transactions in any foreign currency are not accepted.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

pktk2 offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳10,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳22,000 the bonus will be capped at ৳10,000 and your total balance will be ৳32,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 20 times (on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit plus bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in total wagers must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
• Wagering must be completed within a specified period after receiving the bonus.
• The list of eligible games for each bonus is stated separately.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• pktk2 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse of the bonus system is suspected.

4.4 VIP Program

pktk2's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), Gold (up to 0.8% weekly cashback), and Platinum (up to 1.0% weekly cashback). Higher tiers can be reached through regular play and active participation on the platform. pktk2 reserves the right to change the conditions for VIP tier progression at any time.

5.1 General Gaming Policy

All games on pktk2 are operated on the basis of fair play. Game outcomes are determined completely at random and unpredictably using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. If a technical error affects a game result, the relevant round will be considered void.

5.2 Betting Limits

Specific minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and market, and are displayed in the game interface. pktk2 reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

5.3 Technical Issues

If an ongoing game or bet is affected by a loss of internet connection, server issues, or any other technical failure, pktk2 will investigate and make a decision accordingly. pktk2 is not liable for any external technical problems.

5.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating multiple accounts.

• Colluding with other members during games.

pktk2 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Providing false information.

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Legal obligations.

pktk2's logos, designs, content, software, and other elements are fully covered by pktk2's intellectual property rights. These may not be used, copied, or distributed for any purpose without prior permission.

11.2 Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by international commercial law and relevant regulations. In the event of any legal dispute, both parties will first attempt to reach a resolution through friendly negotiation.

11.3 Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. The invalid part will be replaced by the closest valid provision.

11.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any relevant specific service rules together form the entire agreement between the user and pktk2, and replace any prior oral or written agreements.
